Journey
CX & Profiling

I have discovered the vast Customer Experience territory in 2012 . Stepping into it via the NPS door, I have mixed it with my strategic marketing skills - behaviour profiling and smart segmentation.
Design Thinking

Four years later, in 2016, I joined the first on-the-job lean start-up accelerator and added new tools and framework - ideation, customer journey mapping, lean innovation, and experimentation techniques.
Rapid Prototyping

2018 brought me in the perfect career context, as an innovation and product design for an important local bank, where I added two important dimensions: agile product development and, complementary to it, rapid prototyping.
Managing UX design

Starting 2019 I have developed, as Lead Design, a UX Design team (Service Design & Research) webbed around the product & channels development, with focus on user-centred insights, agile features prototyping and validation.
